  1. Rice     2    cup
  2. Ginger Crushed    1    pieces
  3. Garlic Crushed    5    cloves
  4. Coconut Milk     ¾    cup
  5. Salt to taste     ½    tsp
  6. Oil     1    tbsp


  1. Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and ginger. Saute 3 minutes till the raw smell disappears.
  2. Add rice and pan fry for a few minutes.
  3. Add coconut milk and salt. Bring to a boil by adding some water.
  4. Give a quick stir.Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
  5. Once the rice is cooked turn off the stove and allow it to set.
  6. Serve along with best combination.
