  1. Fried Paneer     250    g
  2. Tomato Puree    ½    cup
  3. Onion -chopped    2    nos.
  4. Fresh Methi leaves     1    cup
  5. Cashew Nuts     ¼    cup
  6. Almonds     ¼    cup
  7. Turmeric Powder     ½    tsp
  8. Chilli Powder     1    tsp
  9. Garam Masala Powder    1    tbsp
  10. Milk     2    tbsp
  11. Fresh Cream     ½    cup
  12. Fenugreek leaves (dried kasuri methi)      2    tbsp
  13. Salt to taste     ½    tsp
  14. Coriander Leaves -chopped    2    stalks
  15. Garlic     2    cloves
  16. Asafoetida Powder    1    pinch
  17. Oil     2    tbsp


  1. Heat oil in a pan, add onions and garlic, asafetida and sauté till onions are golden brown.
  2. Add the tomato puree, turmeric powder, chili powder and garam masala.
  3. Cook for minute and add 2 tbsp kasoori methi by crushing it betweeen your palms. Let cook for 3 to 4 minutes over medium heat.
  4. Add freah methi leaves and saute until it shrinks. Add little water and cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. Take cashew, almonds and milk and grind them to a paste.
  6. Add fresh cream and cashew paste when the gravy boils and let it cook.
  7. Add 1 tbsp of kasoori methi and fried paneer.
  8. Add some water and let it cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
  9. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot with Roti or Naan.
