Potato Omelette

  1. Grated Potato     2    cup
  2. Egg     3    no.
  3. Maida     2    cup
  4. Baking Powder     1    tsp
  5. Milk     1    cup
  6. Butter     50    g
  7. Salt to taste     ½    tsp


  1. Sift together the maida and baking powder.
  2. In a bowl beat the eggs well.
  3. Add grated potato to egg and beat until mix well.
  4. Slowly mix the sifted flour well.
  5. Add pour the milk and salt mix it. Make a little thick batter. Keep it aside.
  6. Heat butter in a non stick pan.
  7. Pour a spoonful of batter in the centre, spread with the back of the spoon to a thin round.
  8. Cook until the underside of dosa turns golden and then gently turn it to the other side.
  9. Remove from fire and serve it hot with best combination.
