Ingredients: 

  1. Milk     1    litre
  2. Vanilla Ice cream     ½    cup
  3. Vermicelli     1    cup
  4. Rose Syrup     2    tbsp
  5. Sugar     1    cup
  6. Almonds     ¼    cup
  7. Pistachios(Pista)     ¼    cup
  8. Falooda Seeds     2    tbsp

Description:
 

  1. Soak the falooda seeds in water for 30 minutes.
  2. Boil Vermicelli and keep aside.
  3. Boil the milk till it turns little thick. Add rose syrup ,vermicelli and sugar.Mix it well.
  4. Allow the milk mixture to chill in the refrigerator about 3 hour.
  5. Strain the falooda seeds and add to the chilled milk.
  6. In a glass,pour the chilled milk and add one scoop of vanilla ice cream.
  7. Garnish with almonds and pistachios.
  8. Serve it chill.
