  1. Boneless Chicken Thinly sliced    300    Kg
  2. Onion Thinly sliced    3    nos.
  3. Turmeric Powder     ½    tsp
  4. Green Chillies  Finely Chopped     5    no.
  5. Ginger Garlic Paste     2    tsp
  6. Lemon Juice     1    tsp
  7. Gram Flour(Besan Flour)     1½    cup
  8. Rice Flour     ¼    cup
  9. Chilli Powder     1    tsp
  10. Garam Masala Powder    1    tsp
  11. Coarsely Ground whole coriander     1    tsp
  12. Chopped Coriander Leaves     ½    cup
  13. Curry Leaves -chopped    1    stalks
  14. Oil For deep frying     1    cups


  1. Clean and cut chicken into thin sliced pieces.
  2. Marinate with turmeric powder, chopped green chilly, ginger garlic paste, salt and lemon juice and keep aside for about an hour.
  3. Add sliced onion and rest of the ingredients except oil and mix well.
  4. Do not add water try to keep it thick. Sprinkle a few drops of water if you feel that flour, chicken and onion is not coming together.
  5. Heat oil in a pan, Drop spoon fulls in hot and fry in medium heat till crispy and golden brown.
  6. Remove and drain it to a tissue paper the batter is used.
  7. Serve it hot with sauce.
