  1. Almonds     1    cup
  2. Grated Carrot     2    cup
  3. Cashew Nuts     1    cup
  4. Dates     ½    cup
  5. Pistachios(Pista)     ½    cup
  6. Milk     1    litre
  7. Sugar to taste    1    cup
  8. Raisins (Unakka Munthiri)     10    g
  9. Cardamom(Elakka) Powder     ½    tsp
  10. Ghee     2    tbsp


  1. Peel the skin of almonds.
  2. Wash and clean the carrots. Pressure cook for one whistle.
  3. Grind carrot, almonds cashew nuts, pista and dates with very little to smooth paste.
  4. Add milk to bowl and allow to boil in simmer.
  5. Add the ground paste, sugar, cardamom powder and stir.
  6. Allow to boil for 5 minutes.
  7. Remove from the fire.Granish with nuts raisins and mix it well. Serve it.
