Wash the clean the fish, boil the fish with turmeric powder, salt and pepper powder in it.Remove the bones and mince it and keep it aside.

In a pan , add 2 tbsp of coconut oil , saute onion till transparent then add finely chopped ginger , garlic and green chilly it and saute very well till the raw smell goes out.

Add turmeric powder chilly powder, pepper powder garam masala powder and salt.

Add mashed potato, carrot, minced fish and coriander leaves mix it well for a few minutes and keep it aside. Let it cool.

Shape the mixture into cutlets.

Dip it in the beaten egg and then roll in the bread crumbs.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the cutlet till golden brown.

Drain on kitchen paper and serve it hot with sauce.
