Ingredients: 

  1. Ripe Banana     3    nos.
  2. Grated Coconut     ½    cup
  3. Sugar     4    tbsp
  4. Ghee     4    tbsp
  5. Cardamom(Elakka) Powder     1    pinch
  6. Cashew Nuts     2    tbsp
  7. Raisins (Unakka Munthiri)     1    tbsp

Description:
 

  1. Cut the bananas into small pieces.
  2. Heat ghee in a pan add raisins, cashew nuts and grated coconut and fry for 3 minutes.
  3. Then add banana pieces and cardamom powder into it and fry for 5 minutes.
  4. Banana coconut fry is ready to serve.
