  1. Boneless Chicken     ¾    Kg
  2. Egg     2    nos.
  3. Onion     1    cup
  4. Ginger     1    tbsp
  5.  Garlic     1    tbsp
  6. Green Chillies     7    no.
  7. Curry Leaves     1    stalks
  8. Grated Coconut     ½    cup
  9. Garam Masala Powder    1    tsp
  10. Salt to taste     ½    tsp
  11. Oil     1    cup


  1. Clean Boneless Chicken and cut it into small piece
  2. Grind the chicken together with egg, onion, ginger,garlic,green chilly, curry leaves, garam masala and salt.Then add grated coconut and mix well
  3. Take small portions of the chicken mixture,make to balls,flatten them to get the shape of vadas.Chicken need to get cooked thoroughly, so do not make big sized balls.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and deeply fry it in oil.cook it in a medium flame.Remove it from oil, when it becomes golden brown colour
  5. Now our chicken vada is ready to serve. Serve hot.
