  1. Pasta     1    cups
  2. Carrot -chopped    1    nos.
  3. Beans -chopped    1    cup
  4. Capsicum     1    no.
  5. Cauliflower     ½    cup
  6. Garlic -chopped    1    tsp
  7. Oil     3    tsp
    1. Butter      2    tbsp
    2. Milk      ¼    cup
    3. Maida      ¼    cup
    4. Vegetables Stock      ½    cup


  1. Cook pasta in water until soft yet film enough to bite. Add a tsp of oil and salt while cooking pasta and keep it aside. Mean while the pasta is cooking you can make the sauce.
  2. Heat pan and add butter. once butter is melted , add flour mixed in water, vegetable stock mixed in water salt to taste and bring to boil.
  3. Then add milk by constantly stirring until the sauce thickens smoothly. Switch of the flame and the white sauce is ready.
  4. In a thick bottomed pan, add 3 spoon of oil .Once the oil is hot saute garlic chopped for 10 seconds and cook the beans for 2 minutes.
  5. Then add carrots and cauliflower. Saute for another 2 minutes and add capsicum to this. Saute all the vegetables together for minute.
  6. Once vegetables are well cooked add the cooked pasta and mix well.
  7. Final step is to mix the white sauce with the ;pasta and vegetable mixture. Check the salt, If require add as per taste. Now delicious pasta in white sauce is ready to serve.
  8. If you want to make this this spicy add white pepper as the last step.
