Chilli Beef

Ingredients: 

  1. Beef     1    Kg
  2. Garlic     10    cloves
  3. Green Chillies     10    nos.
  4. Ginger Thinly sliced    1    pieces
  5. Curry Leaves     2    stalks
  6. Oil for frying    1    cup
  7. For marination
    1. Chilli Powder      2    tbsp
    2. Vinegar      1    tsp
    3. Chilli paste      2    tbsp
    4. Corn Flour      3    tbsp
    5. Green Chillies  -sliced    5    no.
    6. Soya Sauce      1    tsp
    7. Salt to taste      ½    tsp

Description:
 

  1. Cut beef into thin strips. The length of the slice should be medium. Wash thoroughly using vinegar and salt.
  2. Let it sit for that water for 5 minutes. Then wash well and strain.
  3. In a wide bowl add all times under marination. Mix well . Then add beef pieces and mix well still all the masalas are well coated in each pieces.
  4. Then close the bowl and allow to sit in the fridge for at least 3 to 4 hours.
  5. Take a nonstick kadai and heat oil. Take the beef out and finally add 1 tsp of chilli paste and mix . Add these pieces in the oil and fry.
  6. When done u can see the colour began to change in to dark reed to black
  7. Then heat 1 to 2 tbsp of add ginger slices along with pinch of salt.
  8. Saute well until the raw smell goes. Then add green chilli slits and curry leaves.Saute that also.
  9. When done add fried beef and stir well. Cook for 5 more minutes in medium flame. Chilli Beef is ready. Serve it hot
