Jackfruit Seeds Cutlet

Ingredients: 

  1. Boiled Jack fruit seeds Crushed    2    cups
  2. Boiled Potato     2    no.
  3. Chopped Onion     ½    cup
  4. Chopped Green Chillies     3    nos.
  5. Chopped Garlic     1    tsp
  6. Chopped Ginger     1    pieces
  7. Curry Leaves     1    stalks
  8. Turmeric Powder     ¼    tsp
  9. Chilli Powder     1    tsp
  10. Pepper Powder     ¼    tsp
  11. Masala Powder    ½    tsp
  12. Coriander Powder     ½    tsp
  13. Coriander Leaves -chopped    2    stalks
  14. Bread Crumbs     1    cups
  15. Egg for frying    2    nos.
  16. Salt to taste     ½    tsp
  17. Oil for frying    1    cups

Description:
 

  1. Remove the outer and inner skin from the jack fruit seeds. Peel the potato and cut them into small pieces.Cook jack fruit seeds and potato and grind in a mixer.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add onions, green chilles, garlic, ginger and curry leaves. Saute till golden brown.
  3. Add the masala powders and salt to taste. Mix well.
  4. Add jack fruit seeds and potato mixture and mix well. Roll these into cutlet shape. Beat an egg in a dish separately.
  5. Dip the cutlets in the beaten egg one by one and coat them with bread crumbs. Deep fry in oil.
  6. Jack fruit seeds cutlet is ready. Serve it hot.
