  1. Paneer     200    g
  2. Chilli Powder     1    tsp
  3. Turmeric Powder     ¼    tsp
  4. Boiled Egg     3    nos.
  5. Onion     1    no.
  6. Garlic     5    cloves
  7. Tomato     1    nos.
  8. Pepper Powder     ¼    tsp
  9. Garam Masala Powder    ½    tsp
  10. Coriander Leaves -chopped    2    stalks
  11. Salt to taste     ½    tsp
  12. Oil     2    tbsp


  1. Cut the paneer into small pieces and fry it in oil. When the oil get heated add the chopped onion, garlic,tomato and saute.
  2. Add chilli powder, turmeric powder into it and mix. Add one cup of water and get boiled add the fried paneer pieces, egg, salt, pepper powder into it. When the gravy gets thickened add the garam masala powder and mix.
  3. Then spread the coriander leaves and can serve hot.
