Carrot Avial

Ingredients: 

  1. Carrot     2    cups
  2. Drumsticks     3    nos.
  3. Peas     ¼    cup
  4. Curry Leaves     1    stalks
  5. Green Chillies     5    nos.
  6. Grated Coconut     ½    cup
  7. Thick Curd     ¼    cup
  8. Salt to taste     ½    tsp
  9. Coconut Oil     1    tbsp

Description:
 

  1. Grind coconut , green chilli to a paste. Peel skin of carrot, drumstick and cut into slices. Boil carrot, peas with salt and water in a pan.
  2. When carrot, drumstick and peas are cooked, add coconut paste.
  3. When contents start boiling, switch off the stove. Add curry leaves, coconut oil and when cool, add curd and mix well.
