  1. Cooked Ayala     3    nos.
  2. Fried Papad     7    nos.
  3. Grated Coconut     1    cups
  4. Small Onion / Shallot     7    nos.
  5. Dry Red Chillies     5    nos.
  6. Turmeric Powder     1    pinch
  7. Curry Leaves     1    stalks
  8. Salt to taste     ½    tsp
  9. Coconut Oil     1    tbsp


  1. Grind the coconut, red chillies, small onion, curry leaves by adding turmeric powder.
  2. Then add the removed the bone less ayala into it and mix.
  3. Then crush the fried papadam and add into it and mix well.. Heat coconut oil in a pan, add fry the curry leaves.
  4. Ayala pappadam thoran is ready. Serve it hot.
