Scrambled Egg Pasta

  1. Multi color Pasta     2    cups
  2. Egg     3    nos.
  3. Potato -chopped    ¼    cup
  4. French beans -chopped    ½    cup
  5. Peas     ½    cups
  6. Capsicum -chopped    1    nos.
  7. Onion sliced    2    nos.
  8. Garlic     5    cloves
  9. Green Chillies -chopped    3    nos.
  10. Pepper Powder     1    tsp
  11. Soya Sauce     1    tsp
  12. Tomato Sauce     2    tbsp
  13. Parsley Leaves     2    stalks
  14. Salt to taste     ½    tsp
  15. Oil     2    tsp


  1. Boil pasta as per instructions on the pack. Drain in colander and keep aside.
  2. Add the whisked eggs and salt and gently stir till the mixture curdles and keep aside.
  3. Heat refine oil in a pan add vegetable, cook till vegetable are tender. In the same pan, add crushed garlic, without letting it to turn brown.
  4. Add chopped onion, capsicum and chillies, cook for 5 mins.
  5. Then add slowly pour in the beaten eggs. Don't stir let the eggs cook for up to a minute, then break and mix it.
  6. Now add boiled pasta, tomato sauce, salt, black pepper powder and chopped parsley leaves, toss the pasta well.
  7. Serve it.
