  1. Boiled Noodles     2    cup
  2. Coriander Seeds (Malli)     1    tsp
  3. Cumin Seeds     1    tsp
  4. Cabbage Juliennes    1    cup
  5. Carrot Juliennes    1    cup
  6. Green Capsicum Juliennes    1    cup
  7. Onion     1    cup
  8. Green Chillies -chopped    3    nos.
  9. Ginger Garlic Paste     1    tsp
  10. Turmeric Powder     ½    tsp
  11. Salt to taste     ½    tsp
  12. Coriander Leaves -chopped    2    stalks
  13. Chick pea flour     2    cups
  14. Oil for deep frying    1    cups


  1. Pestle coriander and cumin seeds in a dinchik to a coarse powder and keep aside.
  2. Take a bowl, add julienne of cabbage, carrot, green bell pepper , onion, green chillies, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, crushed coriander and cumin seeds, salt and mix thoroughly.
  3. Now, add boiled noodles, and mix well. Then add chopped coriander leaves, chick pea flour and mix thoroughly.
  4. Heat oil in a pan then drop in the pakoras using hand and deep fry to golden brown in colour and transfer it into paper towel.
  5. Now the hot noodle pakoras are ready to serve.
