Ingredients: 

  1. Carrot     1    cups
  2. Capsicum     ½    cup
  3. Onion     ½    cup
  4. Cabbage     ½    cup
  5. Chaat Masala(Available in market)     1    tsp
  6. Ajwain     ½    tsp
  7. Coriander Leaves     2    stalks
  8. Besan flour     ½    cup
  9. Rice Powder     ½    cup
  10. Red Chilli Powder     1    tsp
  11. Oil For deep frying     1    cup

Description:
 

  1. Cut the veggies into thin long as shown in the picture.
  2. Put that in a wide vessel and mix this nicely with hands.
  3. Add the rice flour, besan, red chilli powder, chaat masala and salt to this as chaat masala has salt in it add little less salt.
  4. Mix well and add ajwain and coriander leaves. Mix it. Leave this for 5 minutes. The onion will ooze out the water so need to add water.
  5. If you feel it is dry and not binding well, sprinkle little water.
  6. Heat oil for frying. When the oil is hot put the pakora mix in oil in small quantities. Cook till the pakoras becomes golden brown.
  7. Mixed vegetable pakora is ready. Serve it hot.
