  1. Prawns     ½    Kg
  2. Salt to taste     ½    tsp
  3. Ginger Garlic Paste     ½    tsp
  4. Soya Sauce     1    tsp
  5. Vinegar     1    tbsp
  6. Chilli Powder     ½    tsp
  7. Coriander Powder     ½    tsp
  8. Garam Masala Powder    ½    tsp
  9. Red food colouring     1    pinch
  10. Corn Flour     1    tbsp
  11. Rice Flour     1    tbsp
  12. Curry Leaves     1    stalks
  13. Coriander Leaves -chopped    2    stalks
  14. Turmeric Powder     ¼    tsp
  15. Oil for frying    4    tbsp


  1. Heat oil in a pan, add the prawn and turmeric powder, salt and cook them until they become dry.
  2. In a plate add the ginger garlic paste, soya sauce, vinegar, chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, salt , red food color corn flour and rice flour and mix them well.
  3. Add the prawns ti this mixture and leave it for at least 3 hrs to get marinated.
  4. Now heat oil in the pan and fry the prawns. Finally fry some curry leaves and add to the prawns.
  5. Garnish with coriander leaves.
