Ginger Chicken Fry

Ingredients: 

  1. Chicken     1    Kg
  2. Soya Sauce     1    tbsp
  3. Vinegar     1    tbsp
  4. Corn Flour     1    tbsp
  5. Salt to taste     ½    tsp
  6. To Grind
    1. Onion      1    nos.
    2. Green Chillies      5    nos.
    3. Coriander Leaves      1    cup
    4. Curry Leaves      2    stalks
  7. Ginger  Finely Chopped     2    pieces
  8. Ginger Garlic Paste     1    tbsp
  9. Tabasco sauce     1    tbsp
  10. Chilly Sauce     1    tbsp
  11. Pepper Powder     ½    tsp
  12. Red food colouring     1    pinch
  13. Coriander Leaves  Finely Chopped     2    stalks

Description:
 

  1. Wash the chicken well and add soya sauce, vinegar, corm flour and salt and mix them together. Let them marinate for an hour.
  2. Take the ingredients under to grind and grind them to a paste using a food processor. In a vessel or kadai or wide pan, add oil and saute the chicken until it gets cooked with its own water.
  3. Add the chopped ginger pieces and saute them. When they got mixed up well, add the ginger garlic paste and saute them. Add the ground paste now and cook the chicken by sprinkling little water.
  4. When the chicken are almost done, add pepper powder and mix well. Then add the tomato sauce and red food coloring and toss the chicken well.
  5. Chicken should be well coated with the sauce and coloring. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve it.
