Vegetable and Egg Noodles

Ingredients: 

  1. Noodles     250    g
  2. Egg     5    nos.
  3. Soya Sauce     ½    tsp
  4. Chilli garlic Sauce     1    tsp
  5. Pepper Powder     1    pinch
  6. Salt to taste     1    pinch
  7. Onion sliced    1    cup
  8. Garlic  Finely Chopped     5    cloves
  9. Green Bell pepper     1    nos.
  10. Red Bell pepper -chopped    1    nos.
  11. Carrot Cut in to strips    1    nos.
  12. Tomato Ketchup     2    tbsp
  13. Honey     2    tsp
  14. Vinegar     1    tsp
  15. Oil     3    tbsp

Description:
 

  1. Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain well. Pour a tsp of oil and mix so that they wont stick to each other.
  2. Beat the eggs with ½ tsp soy sauce, ½ tsp chilly garlic sauce, pinch of salt and pepper .
  3. Heat 1 tsp oil in a non stick pan. Pour the beaten eggs and scramble well. Transfer to a plate and set aside.
  4. In the same pan,heat 2 tbsp oil at high heat, add onions and garlic. Stir fry until onions are transparent.
  5. Next add carrot and beans stir fry for 2-3 minutes. Add bell pepper little salt and again stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Add the cooked noodles and the sauces mix well and stir fry for 2-3 minutes. Switch off and serve hot.
