Capsicum Curd Gravy

  1. Capsicum     2    nos.
  2. Onion     1    nos.
  3. Green Chillies     3    nos.
  4. Turmeric Powder     2    pinch
  5. Chilli Powder     1    tsp
  6. Tomato paste    2    no.
  7. Garam Masala Powder    ½    tsp
  8. Curd     ½    cup
  9. Salt to taste     ½    tsp
  10. Oil     2    tbsp


  1. In a pan, add oil and when it is hot add onion and fry it turns translucent.
  2. Now add the capsicum, green chillies, turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt.
  3. When the capsicum are little tender, add the tomato paste and stir well, till the raw smell goes off.
  4. Now if needed add little water and garam masala. Add the curd now and cook well, till the capsicum absorbs the masala well.
  5. Serve with paratha as a side dish.
