  1. Potato Boiled and mashed     2    cup
  2. Carrot Boiled and mashed     ½    cups
  3.  Beans Cooked    ½    cup
  4. Green Peas Cooked    ¼    cup
  5. Cauliflower Cooked    ½    cup
  6. Green Chillies     5    nos.
  7. Coriander Powder     1    tsp
  8. Red Chilli Powder     1    tsp
  9. Cumin Seeds Powder     ¼    tsp
  10. Coriander Leaves     ¼    cup
  11. Corn Flour     2    tsp
  12. Salt to taste     ½    tsp
  13. Oil for frying    1    cups
  14. For Gravy
    1. Onion      2    cup
    2. Cashew Nuts      ½    cups
    3. Tomato      2    cups
    4. Ginger Garlic Paste      2    tsp
    5. Turmeric Powder      ¼    tsp
    6. Red Chilli Powder      2    tsp
    7. Cumin Seeds Powder      1    tsp
    8. Coriander Powder      2    tsp
    9. Coriander Leaves  -chopped    ½    cup
    10. Garam Masala  Powder    ½    tsp
    11. Oil      2    tbsp
    12. Salt to taste      ½    tsp


  1. Smash the potato add the carrot, beans, green peas, cauliflower and mix well.
  2. In that, add the green chillies, coriander powder, cumin powder, chilli powder, chopped coriander leaves , salt and mix thoroughly.
  3. Now make them in to small round balls. Roll over the corn flour. Heat oil in pan and fry the till golden brown. Take them from oil, dry in tissue paper
  4. Dry fry the cashews just for 3 minutes and grind it to make a coarse powder. In a pan, add oil and little salt and let it become little brown colour.
  5. To this add ginger garlic paste, turmeric , chopped tomatoes, chilli powder, cumin powder and coriander powder. If needed, add little water.
  6. Cook till the tomatoes becomes soft and jeera and the blended paste. Allow to boil by adding the garam masala. Add the cream and again boil it
  7. Now add the cashew powder, and allow to cook again for another 2 minute. Now gently put the koftas one by one and let it rest for half an hour.
