Bengal Gram Flour Khadi

  1. Onion     3    nos.
  2. Tomato     3    nos.
  3. Ginger     1    pieces
  4. Coriander Leaves -chopped    2    stalks
  5. Green Chillies     3    nos.
  6. Besan flour     1    cups
  7. Cumin Seeds     ¼    tsp
  8. Turmeric Powder     ¼    tsp
  9. Oil     2    tbsp
  10. Salt to taste     ½    tsp


  1. cut onion, tomato and green chilly in to small pieces. Fry them along with cumin seeds.
  2. Prepare gram flour solution by dissolving the gram flour in water along with salt.
  3. Pour it in the pan with other items . Add turmeric powder, salt and sprinkle coriander leaves.
  4. Cook the khadi for 5 to 7 minutes
