Spicy Mango Sharbat

  1. Raw Mango     2    nos.
  2. Mint Leaves(Pudina)     15    nos.
  3. Sugar     250    g
  4. Pepper Powder     ½    tsp
  5. Cumin Seeds Powder    ½    tsp
  6. Salt     ½    tsp
  7. Water     3    litre


  1. Roast mango until its skin become black in colour.Peel off the skin.
  2. Smash mangoes in water and remove the nut.Extract the juice.
  3. Squeeze mint leaves and add the mint juice along with mango juice.
  4. Add sugar, salt, pepper, and cumin powders with mango juice and keep it in refrigerator. Chill serve.
