Potato Chops

Ingredients: 

  1. Potato     ½    Kg
  2. Onion     2    nos.
  3. Tomato     2    nos.
  4. Coriander Leaves -chopped    2    stalks
  5. Dry Mango Powder    ½    tsp
  6. Cumin Seeds     ½    tsp
  7. Salt to taste     ½    tsp
  8. Oil     4    tbsp

Description:
 

  1. Cook potato peel off the skin and mash it along with salt.
  2. Cut onion and tomato into small pieces.
  3. Prepare small potato vadas and fry them in a pan by pouring oil mixture on both side till they become brown in colour.
  4. Poke potato vadas with a stainless fork.
  5. Sprinkle red chilly powder, dry mango powder and cumin seeds powder on the vadas.
  6. Add coriander leaves, onion and tomato pieces and mix them all thoroughly.
