  1. Bread     10    pieces
  2. Besan flour     2    cups
  3. Rice Powder     ½    cup
  4. Red Chilli Powder     1    tsp
  5. Salt to taste     ½    tsp
  6. Oil For deep frying     1    cups


  1. Cut each bread into two triangle shaped pieces.Sieve gram flour.
  2. Add rice flour, salt and red chilly powder along with gram flour. Add water and make a thick solution.
  3. Immerse bread slices in the flour solution and prepare bread pakodis by keep frying them in heated oil.
  4. Serve it hot.
