Vegetable Bun

  1. Bun     8    nos.
  2. Beans     50    g
  3. Green Peas     50    g
  4. Carrot     2    nos.
  5. Onion     2    nos.
  6. Tomato     2    nos.
  7. Potato     2    nos.
  8. Green Chillies     3    nos.
  9. Coriander Leaves -chopped    2    stalks
  10. Ginger     1    pieces
  11. Masala Powder    ½    tsp
  12. Salt to taste     ½    tsp
  13. Oil     2    tbsp
  14. Ghee for frying    ½    cup


  1. Cut all the vegetables into small pieces. Cook potato along with other vegetables.
  2. Peel off skin and mash potato.Pour oil in a pan and fry onion, green chilly, ginger, tomato and boiled vegetables.
  3. Add turmeric powder,garam masala powder and salt. Mix and fry thoroughly. Sprinkle coriander leaves.
  4. Open the mouth of bun and stuff the vegetables into it. Pour ghee on all sides of bun and toast it becomes gold in colour.
  5. Serve it.
