Ingredients: 

  1. Egg     3    nos.
  2. Cinnamon (Patta) Powder     1    pinch
  3. Sugar     1    tsp
  4. Salt to taste     ½    tsp
  5. Milk     1    tbsp
  6. Vanilla Essence     1    drops
  7. Cashew Nuts     10    g
  8. Almonds , chopped    10    g
  9. Dates -chopped    10    g
  10. Coconut Shredded    ¼    cup
  11. Butter     1    tsp

Description:
 

  1. Beat egg cinnamon, sugar, salt, milk and vanilla essence till the egg mixture is thick and bubbly.
  2. Heat butter in a pan and when it melts pour the egg mixture and allow the bottom to set and spread the chopped nuts, dates and coconut over the top before it starts thickening.
  3. Reduce the heat and cook for two minutes. When one side is golden brown flip over and cook the other side just like regular.
  4. Serve it hot.
