Chilly Soya Chunks

  1. Soya chunks     1    cups
  2. Chilly Sauce     1    tbsp
  3. Soya Sauce     2    tbsp
  4. Salt to taste     ½    tsp
  5. Green Chillies     5    nos.
  6. Dry Red Chillies     3    nos.
  7. Tabasco sauce     2    tbsp
  8. Onion cubed    2    nos.
  9. Green Capsicum     1    nos.
  10. Ginger -chopped    1    pieces
  11. Garlic -chopped    1    tbsp
  12. Sesame Oil     2    tbsp


  1. Soak the chunks over night ..In the morning squeeze the water and add hot water into it ..Keep it for 15 minutes and drain the water and squeeze
  2. So cut each squeezed waterless soya chunk into 2 and keep aside ..
  3. Now heat oil in a pan and add chopped ginger-garlic Saute for 1 minute in low flame.Add dry chilly pieces and saute.
  4. Add onion in to this and saute for another 2 minutes. Then add capsicum and green chilly slits and saute .
  5. Now add soya chunks and saute for 5 minutes. Add soya sauce,chilly sauce and tomato sauce.Mix well.
  6. Close the pan and cook for another 15 minutes in low flame .
  7. So the simple and tasty chilly soya is ready to serve. Serve with chapathi or any best combination.
