Heat oil in a wide pan, and crackle mustard and cumin, add curry leaves.
Add onions and chilli and fry till they turn translucent. Add ginger garlic paste sauté add the soya granules,salt and turmeric, fry for 3 minutes, cover and cook till the soya granles are cooked fully, if needed just sprinkle little water.
Add red chilli powder, gram masala , crumbled paneer and lemon juice. Mix well and fry for 3 minutes on a medium flame.
