  1. Soya chunks     2    cup
  2. Scrambled  Paneer     1    cup
  3. Mustard Seeds     ¼    tsp
  4. Cumin Seeds     ¼    tsp
  5. Finely Chopped Onion     1    cups
  6. Green Chillies sliced    2    nos.
  7. Ginger Garlic Paste     1    tsp
  8. Turmeric Powder     ¼    tsp
  9. Red Chilli Powder     2    tsp
  10. Garam Masala Powder    1    tsp
  11. Lemon Juice     1    tsp
  12. Curry Leaves     1    stalks
  13. Oil     2    tbsp
  14. Salt to taste     ½    tsp


  1. Heat oil in a wide pan, and crackle mustard and cumin, add curry leaves.
  2. Add onions and chilli and fry till they turn translucent. Add ginger garlic paste sauté add the soya granules,salt and turmeric, fry for 3 minutes, cover and cook till the soya granles are cooked fully, if needed just sprinkle little water.
  3. Add red chilli powder, gram masala , crumbled paneer and lemon juice. Mix well and fry for 3 minutes on a medium flame.
  4. Serve it hot.
