Fried Rice Flour Rings

Ingredients: 

  1. Rice Flour     1    cup
  2. Onion -chopped    1    no.
  3. Grated Coconut     ½    cup
  4. Green Chillies -chopped    3    nos.
  5. Curry Leaves     1    stalks
  6. Salt to taste     ½    tsp
  7. Boiled Water     ¾    cup
  8. Coconut Oil     1    cup

Description:
 

  1. Add rice flour chopped onion, grated coconut, chopped green chillies, curry leaves, salt in a bowl and mix well with a spoon.
  2. To this add boiled water and mix well keep it aside. Knead the dough to a smooth and soft dough. Wet your palm with water and take small amount of dough and make a lime size ball.
  3. Gently flatten it with your wet fingers and make a hole in the middle. Heat coconut oil in a pan. Deep fry the dough in medium heat oil until light golden brown appear on both sides.
  4. Tasty fried rice flour rings is ready. Serve hot with ketchup.
