  1. Minced Soya Chunks     250    g
  2. Cumin Seeds     ½    tsp
  3. Onion  Finely Chopped     3    nos.
  4. Green Chillies  Finely Chopped     3    nos.
  5. Tomatoes  Finely Chopped     2    nos.
  6. Coriander Powder     2    tsp
  7. Garam Masala Powder    ½    tsp
  8. Turmeric Powder     ¼    tsp
  9. Hot Water     2    cup
  10. Salt to taste     ½    tsp


  1. Soak the soya granules in hot water. Let stand while you finish other preparations.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds. Once the seeds start to sputter, add onions and green chillies. Sauté for 5 minutes.Until the onions start to soften.
  3. Drain and squeeze out all the water from the soya granules. When the onions are soft, add the drained soya mince and tomatoes. Mix well.
  4. Add in all the spices, mix well and cook covered for about 5 minutes.
  5. Garnish with chopped fresh coriander leaves and serve it hot.
