Ingredients: 

  1. Idly Batter     2    cup
  2. Capsicum  Finely Chopped     1    nos.
  3. Tomato  Finely Chopped     2    nos.
  4. Boiled Sweet Corn     ½    cup
  5. Cheese     1    cup
  6. Tomato Sauce     ½    cups
  7. Oil     2    tsp
  8. Garlic Chutney     ¼    cup
  9. Salt to taste     ½    tsp

Description:
 

  1. Make a thin dosa over hot tawa and drizzle over some oil. Cook in medium flame.
  2. Once it gets cooked , add 2 tsp of chutney, 1 tsp of tomato sauce and spread evenly. Spread the toppings as needed.
  3. Sprinkle grated cheese generously. Cook covered until cheese melts and dosa gets golden crisp.
  4. Serve hot with coconut chutney.
