  1. Paneer     200    g
  2. Maida     ½    cup
  3. Lemon Juice     1    tsp
  4. Red Chilli Powder     1    tsp
  5. Corn Flour     1    tbsp
  6. Pepper Powder     ½    tsp
  7. Baking Powder     ¼    tsp
  8. Crushed Garlic     1    tsp
  9. Milk     ½    cup
  10. Bread Crumbs     ½    cup
  11. Corn Flakes     ½    cup
  12. Oil For deep frying     1    cup
  13. Salt to taste     ½    tsp


  1. Take cubed paneer in a bowl, keep immersed in hot water until use. Drain from water, add red chilli powder, salt and lemon juice. Coat well.
  2. Place corn flakes in a zip lock cover, crush it to make smaller crumbles, using a rolling pin or pestle.
  3. Mix bread crumbs, crushed flakes in a plate. Coat each paneer cube in maida. Make a batter out of maida, corn starch, baking powder, pepper powder, garlic.
  4. Use milk and make a batter that is not too thick, but have to coat the paneer.
  5. Now dip each paneer un the batter cubes dipped in batter in the bread crumbs, corn flakes mixture , well in all sides.
  6. Repeat to finish all. Heat oil and deep fry the paneer cubes in batches.
  7. Stir gently in between to ensure even cooking. Cook in medium flame. Once golden and crisp, drain over paper towel. Serve it hot.
