Cauliflower 65

Ingredients: 

  1. Cauliflower     1    nos.
  2. Maida     ½    cup
  3. Corn Flour     ½    cup
  4. Ginger  Finely Chopped     1    pieces
  5. Peppercorns Crushed    ½    tsp
  6. Curry Leaves -chopped    1    stalks
  7. Garam Masala Powder    ½    tsp
  8. Kashmiri Chilli Powder     2    tsp
  9. Salt to taste     ½    tsp
  10. Water as required     ½    cup
  11. Oil For deep frying     1    cups
  12. For Gravy
    1. Oil      1    tbsp
    2. Cumin Seeds      ½    tsp
    3. Green Chillies  sliced    3    nos.
    4. Curry Leaves      1    stalks
    5. Garlic   Finely Chopped     3    cloves
    6. Kashmiri Chilli Powder      1    tsp
    7. Garam Masala      1    tsp
    8. Curd      ½    cup

Description:
 

  1. Firstly in a mixing bowl take maida and corn flour. Furthermore, add ginger and salt. Also add garam masala, pepper, chilli powder, curry leaves and oil.
  2. Then add water and make a smooth batter. Further , add gobi florets and coat with batter , make sure to boil and cook the gobi for 3 minutes in water before adding to batter.
  3. Else they will taste raw now deep fry the florets covering with batter. also stir occasionally till they turn golden brown and crisp. Further , drain over kitchen paper to absorb excess oil.
  4. Meanwhile, heat the oil for tempering add cumin seeds and sauté till they splutter. Followed by, add green chilli, curry leaves and garlic. Sauté them for a minute.
  5. Also add chilli powder, garam masala and curd. On a very low flame, mix well till the curd blends well with spices further add fried gobi and mix well.
  6. Finally serve gobi 65 few onion rings over it.
