  1. Maida     3    cups
  2. Warm Water     ¼    cup
  3. Yeast     1    tsp
  4. Sugar     1    tbsp
  5. Milk     1    cup
  6. Salt to taste     ½    tsp


  1. Dissolve yeast in ¼ cup of warm water along with sugar and keep it aside for 10 minutes.
  2. Combine flour, yeast dissolved water and salt in a mixing bowl. Add warm milk and mix it well to from smooth dough.
  3. Keep it in a warm place for about 4 hours. When the dough rises almost double size make equal sized from the dough. Roll the balls like chappathi to get round shape.
  4. Heat pan on medium flame, place the kuboos on it for a few seconds. Turn it to the other side and wait for a little time.
  5. Turn it again and press it. Keep it warm by covering it serve it hot.
