  1. Large Tapioca(Kappa)     1    no.
  2. Chilli Powder     1    tsp
  3. Salt to taste     1    tsp
  4. Oil for deep frying    1    cup


  1. Remove the dark outer skin of tapioca
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan,using a vegetable slicer slice the tapioca directly into the oil.Deep fry it till light brown colour.
  3. Drain it from oil and keep it in a paper towel to remove excess oil, sprinkle red chilly powder and salt while it is hot.
  4. Keep it in an airtight container
