  1. Onion sliced    2    nos.
  2. Tomato     1    no.
  3. Chilli Powder     1    tsp
  4. Coriander Powder     2    tsp
  5. Pepper Powder     1    tsp
  6. Turmeric Powder     ½    tsp
  7. Ginger Garlic Paste     1    tbsp
  8. Grated Coconut     1    cup
  9. Oil     1    tbsp
  10. Coriander Leaves     1    stalks
  11. Curry Leaves     2    stalks
  12. Salt to taste     1    tsp


  1. Mix the ingredients 4-7 with little water and make a masala paste.
  2. Roast the grated coconut,small onion,curry leaves.And grind to a fine paste with little water.
  3. Heat oil in a pan or kadai, fry onion till it soft,add ginger-garlic paste and fry till it turns brown.
  4. Add masala paste from step 1 to the above and fry it for 1 minute.
  5. Add finely chopped tomatoes and fry till the oil separates.
  6. Add coconut paste with 2 cups of water and salt. Allow it to boil till the gravy thickens.
  7. Arrange eggs on it and simmer on low flame for 2 minutes.Garnish with chopped fresh coriander leaves and curry leaves.
