  1. Thick Coconut Milk     ¾    cup
  2. Cream     100    g
  3. Egg Whites     3    nos.
  4. Gelatin     1    tsp
  5. Hot Water     ½    cup
  6. Sugar     ½    cup
  7. Dry Nuts     ½    cup


  1. Dissolve the gelatine in hot water and cool it.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the cream. Add gelatine,coconut milk and salt.Mix it well.
  3. Let it cool in the refrigerator till half set.
  4. In another bowl, beat the egg whites and add sugar.Beat it again.
  5. Combine the chilled coconut mixture and egg mixture.Stir it well.
  6. Pour the mixture into the mould and let it cool in the refrigerator.
  7. Garnish with dry nuts.Serve it chill.
