  1. Cauliflower Cut into long florets and boiled     1    no.
  2. Potato     2    nos.
  3. Onion -chopped    2    nos.
  4. Green Chillies -sliced    2    nos.
  5. Ginger -chopped    2    tbsp
  6. Tomato -chopped    2    nos.
  7. Garam Masala     ¾    tsp
  8. Caraway(Sa jeerakam)     1    tsp
  9. Cumin Seeds Powder     ½    tsp
  10. Chilli Powder     2    tsp
  11. Coriander Powder     ¾    tsp
  12. Turmeric Powder     ¼    tsp
  13. Coriander Leaves     ¾    cup
  14. Oil for frying    2    tbsp


  1. Heat oil in a pan and add caraway seeds and fry it for few minutes.
  2. Add onion,green chillies,ginger and stir it well.
  3. Mix chilly powder,coriander powder,turmeric powder,garam masala,cumin seeds powder and salt.
  4. Add tomato pieces into it and fry till the oil seperates
  5. Add cauliflower and potato pieces,stir it well.
  6. Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve it hot.
