  1. Milk     250    ml
  2. Egg     1    no.
  3. Vanilla Essence     3    drops
  4. Sugar     150    g
  5. Cashew Nuts     25    g
  6. Dates     25    g
  7. Cherries     25    g


  1. Boil the milk till 1/2 quantity.Let the milk cool.
  2. Beat the egg well.Keep it aside.
  3. Add sugar and beaten egg to the milk.Stir it well.
  4. Pour the milk mixture in to pudding mould.Garnish with cashew nuts,dates and cherry.
  5. Cook it in a cooker for 40-45 minutes on low flame, without the whistle.
  6. Cool the pudding and then chill in the refrigerator for an hour or two.
  7. Serve it cool.
