  1. Pork -Cut into small pieces    1    Kg
  2. Onion -chopped    400    g
  3. Chilli Powder     1    tbsp
  4. Turmeric Powder     ½    tsp
  5. Coriander Powder     1    tbsp
  6. Ginger     1    piece
  7. Small Onion / Shallot     50    g
  8. Tomato -chopped    250    g
  9. Roasted Cinnamon Pieces (Patta)     2    pieces
  10. Roasted Cloves (Kariampo)     3    nos.
  11. Roasted Cardamom Seeds (Elakka)     3    nos.
  12. Green Chillies -chopped    150    g
  13. Curry Leaves     2    stalks
  14. Coconut Oil     50    g


  1. Marinate the pork pieces with chilly powder,coriander powder,turmeric powder and salt.Keep it aside at least 20 minutes.
  2. Grind the roasted cinnamon,cardamom and cloves.
  3. Cook the marinated pieces in pressure cooker adding enough water.
  4. Heat oil in a wok add small onion,big onion,green chillies and curry leaves.Fry till golden brown.
  5. Add tomato pieces, stir it well till the oil seperates.
  6. Add cooked pork pieces and masala,mix it well.Stir-fry on a low flame till roast.
  7. Serve it hot with best combinations.
