  1. For the dough
    1. Maida      1    cup
    2. Oil      1    tbsp
    3. Water  to make dough    2    tbsp
  2. For Filling
    1. Potato  boiled and sliced    2    nos.
    2. Green Chillies  -chopped    3    nos.
    3. Coriander Leaves  -chopped    1    stalk
    4. Red Chilli Powder      1    tsp
    5. Garam Masala      1    tsp
    6. Salt to taste      ½    tsp


  1. Mix together maida ,salt and oil in a bowl. Slowly add water and knead, making a soft dough.
  2. Shape dough into a ball and rub a few drops of oil.
  3. Cover with a damp cloth and keep aside for 1.30 hour.
  4. Divide the dough into lemon sized balls.In a flat surface apply oil and roll out very thin
  5. Apply a little more oil over the rolled dough.Put the potato mixture over it and roll it into a paratha.
  6. Put the potato mixture over it and roll it into a paratha.
  7. Flip the porotta over and cook the other side until golden brown.
  8. Aloo-Paratha is ready.Serve with tomato sauce.
