Ingredients: 

  1. Fish     1    Kg
    1. Chilli Powder      1    tsp
    2. Pepper Powder      ½    tsp
  2. Oil     ½    cup
  3. Dry Red Chillies     6    nos.
    1. Onion  -chopped    2    cups
    2. Garlic      16    cloves
    3. Ginger  -chopped    1    tsp
    4. Tomato  -chopped    ½    cup
    5. Tomato Sauce      ¼    cup
    6. Soya Sauce      2    tsp
    7. Chilli Powder      1    tsp
    1. Fish  Soup    1    cup
    2. Vinegar      1    tsp
    3. Salt to taste      1    tsp
    1. Capsicum  -chopped    ½    cup
    2. Celery  -chopped    2    tsp

Description:
 

  1. Mix together the all ingredients of no.2 and marinate the fish pieces for two hour.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and fry the fish pieces and keep it side.
  3. Fry the dry chillies and crush it.
  4. Heat oil in another pan and add all the ingredients of no.5 and crushed chillies.And stir fry it till oil separates.
  5. Add ingredients of no.6 and mix it well.
  6. When it becomes boil add capsicum and celery.Stir it for 5 minutes.
  7. Add fried fish and cook till the gravy thickens.Remove from fire.
