  1. Pork -Cut into small pieces    ½    Kg
  2. Onion     1    no.
  3. Ginger     1    piece
  4. Garlic     4    cloves
  5. Cinnamon Pieces (Patta)     2    pieces
  6. Cardamom Seeds (Elakka)     3    nos.
  7. Chilli Powder     1    tsp
  8. Coriander Powder     2    tsp
  9. Turmeric Powder     ½    tsp
  10. Vinegar     1    tbsp
  11. Curry Leaves     2    stalks
  12. Salt to taste     1    tsp
  13. Oil     1    tbsp


  1. Pressure cook the pork,adding ingredients from no. 3 to 10,salt and enough water.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and fry the onion and curry leaves.
  3. Add the cooked pork into it and dry fry till golden colour.
  4. Pork curry is ready and serve it.
