  1. Wheat Flour (Atta)     2    cups
  2. Grated Coconut     1    cup
  3. Water     ½    cup
  4. Salt to taste     1    tsp


  1. Mix the wheat flour and salt well.
  2. Add water little by little to the wheat flour and mix it well.
  3. The flour should be wet enough for steaming.
  4. Take Puttumaker and layer it with some grated coconut and wheat flour mixture and fill it.
  5. Steam for 10 minutes and take out.Serve it hot with banana or best combination.
