  1. Sardine(Chala, Mathi)     5    nos.
  2. Pepper Powder     2    tsp
  3. Turmeric Powder     1    tsp
  4. Lime Juice     2    tsp


  1. Clean and cut the fish and prick it.
  2. Marinate the fish pieces with pepper powder,turmric powder and salt.
  3. Keep it aside for 1 hour.
  4. Heat a non stick pan,arrange the marinated fish.
  5. Cook it on a slow fire.
  6. Spread the lemon juice and serve it hot.
