  1. Suji Wheat     ½    cup
  2. Sugar     ½    cup
  3. Milkmaid     ½    tin
  4. Coconut Milk (Second Milk)    2    cups
  5. Coconut Milk (First Milk)     ¾    cup
  6. Ghee     2    tbsp
  7. Cashew Nuts     25    g
  8. Raisins (Unakka Munthiri)     25    g
  9. Cardamom(Elakka) Powder     ½    tsp


  1. Cook the suji wheat with second coconut milk.
  2. Add condensed milk and sugar.Keep stirring till the mixture thicken to a semi solid consistency
  3. Finally add the first milk and simmer it for a while.
  4. Add crushed cardamom and mix it.
  5. Heat ghee in a pan,fry cashewnutes and raisins
  6. Garnish with nuts and raisins and serve it.
