  1. Flesh of the Fish     250    g
  2. Maida     ½    cup
  3. Beaten Egg Whites     2    nos.
  4. Pepper Powder     1    tsp
  5. Ginger Garlic Paste     1    tsp
  6. Bread Crumbs     ½    cup
  7. Oil for deep frying    1    cup
  8. Chilly Sauce     1    tbsp
  9. Tomato Sauce     1    tbsp


  1. Slice the fish into long pieces.
  2. Apply ginger-garlic paste,pepper powder and salt.
  3. Keep it for about 1 hour.
  4. Mix together the bread crumbs and plain flour(Maida).
  5. Dip each fish piece in egg white and roll it over the bread crumbs mix.
  6. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry it.
  7. Serve it hot with chilli sauce and tomato ketchup.
